RIGHTS & TAKEDOWN

Respect the work.
Document the claim.

IHQ accepts good-faith notices concerning music, artwork, writing, names, or other material made available through the platform. A report does not automatically decide ownership; it starts a documented review.

What to include

Identify the protected work, the exact IHQ URL or track, your relationship to the rights, reliable contact information, the requested action, and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith. Authorized representatives should identify the person or organization they represent.

What IHQ does

IHQ may temporarily block disputed material, preserve relevant audit and rights records, contact the uploader, request evidence, reject incomplete or abusive notices, or take other proportionate action. Repeat or serious violations may lead to account restrictions.

Submit a notice

During the private beta, send the complete notice through the contact channel with the subject “Copyright/Takedown.” Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated personal data.

This beta process is operational guidance and requires qualified legal review before public launch.
