IHQ merchandise is generally made to order. The product page provides a delivery estimate using the destination and product option you select. Your complete address and final shipping charge are confirmed before payment.
Production and delivery timing
Production time begins after payment and order acceptance. It is separate from carrier transit time. Any production or delivery date shown is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weekends, holidays, product availability, quality checks, weather, carrier interruptions, and destination conditions may affect timing.
Shipping rates and availability
Available methods and prices depend on the selected product, option, quantity, fulfillment location, and destination. IHQ confirms the current rate using the complete delivery address before payment. If no supported method is available, the order cannot continue. Orders containing multiple products may arrive separately.
Tracking
When tracking is supplied by the carrier, it is added to the IHQ order record and may also be sent to the email provided at checkout. A tracking scan may take time to appear after the label is created.
Address accuracy
Review the name, street address, apartment or suite, city, region, postal code, country, email, and phone number before payment. Contact IHQ immediately if a correction is needed. Changes are not guaranteed after production begins. Additional fulfillment or delivery costs caused by an incorrect or undeliverable address may remain the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Delayed, lost, or returned shipments
If tracking stops updating, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or a package is returned, contact IHQ through the support channel with the order reference. IHQ will review the order and available carrier information and explain the available resolution.
International orders
Supported countries vary by product and fulfillment provider. Import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local taxes may be collected separately by local authorities or carriers unless checkout expressly states otherwise. The recipient is responsible for those charges where applicable.
